Interest

I took this on the way to the dentist first thing, watching the sun rise over the towers of East Croydon.  Definitely more 'urban' than 'pretty'.

There was nothing too dramatic at said dentist other than a reminder to floss EVERY day (not just randomly on the third Thursday of a month with an 'S' in it), a promise to see the hygenist (why are they so much worse than actual dentists), some x-rays, an appointment for a consultation for the last of my three implants (that I only had two of done), a referral for something which he isn't massively worried about (and nor am I) but we agreed to get checked (as he said, "I grew up in Sweden, we check everything").  Plus an expensive bill coming.

Not much of any interest happened for the rest of the day either. I had a presentation planed for the end of the day but that was cancelled due to lack of interest (theirs, not mine) so at least I can get to the gym now,
