Sunrise reflection

Some days I have good days.

Some days aren't so good.

Today I had a melt down.

I'm okay now.

I enjoyed the sunrise this morning, however. It was beautiful and it felt good to take a few moments to just enjoy watching something beautiful.

Next week things will change a bit for Cousteau and me. I'm apprehensive.
