February

t's been almost as cold as during a couple of days in December, when it was ten degrees cold. That kind of temperature seldom last long here. February is a winter-month, for sure but there are always little hints of change along the way. "Ice has layed itself", as we say when ice is covering the lakes. It won't last long, no point in getting the skates out, in a couple of days it will be gone.

Some years ago I made an choir arrangement of "A february song", with words by a Swedish poet called Gustaf Fröding and music by my old friend Torgny Björk. I came to think of it because it was played on the radio, to my surprise, the other day. Here it is. Hope your February is bearable.
