An emergency blip!

My take on Tandoori Chops  --  pork steak marinaded in a commercial tandoori mix with extra garlic, chillies and paprika (and a few herby bits and bobs), then gently fried with onions until tender.   
Serve with either rice or chips (fries) and a vegetable of your choice (or not)!!   The sauce should be thickish, deep red and oniony.

It's a favourite for us.
