Books and crochet
Another hard copy and another audio book finished, complete with their celebratory mandalas.
Am loving the Lady Hardcastle mysteries. I am always so pleased when I discover a new series to get stuck into. I don’t have any really dark green cotton yarn though so will have to get some in for the next 7 books in the series! I was even happier to find that I get the books free through my Kindle Unlimited plan and can then play the audible narration in Audible - result! I shall enjoy plodding along to those.
I had such a lazy day. I snoozed a lot of it away with several naps - am blaming the tablets!
Leo had a Cully Rangers match in the morning. They won it by managing to draw and then pull ahead in the last 2 minutes of the game. There was a City match in the afternoon but Leo wanted to go with his mates to watch from the standing bank. As I am still uncomfortable sitting I decided to miss it and so we were able to pass on our tickets to my workmate so she and her family could enjoy it. It was a City loss, sadly. We did spot Leo in the crowd from the match pics (extra) Full marks if you spot him. It is like Where’s Wally with all the teenager floppy fringe cuts.
I think he enjoyed standing with his mates for a change but he was not so impressed by being so close to the noisy drum.
