The new artwork at the market…

It’s a bright day but a bit windy and a bit chilly. 
I’d sort of decided this would be my blip for today until I got close to home and saw that there were 3 men with a cherry picker taking down the overhead Christmas lights. As I walked I was thinking about what angle to take my pic from and decided to walk past and look back. As I got close one man on the ground told the man overhead to stop but he didn’t so the string of lights flapped down into me. Only very gently and no harm done except that I forgot about taking the pic! So you have artwork…
