Roast Chicken Dinners

Love my air fryer!  Still making The Dadski his roast chicken dinners for when he is away in the week.  It is saving us a lot of money and making him much healthier as well.  So win win all round.  I air fry the chicken, roasties, parsnips and stuffing, so only have a veg pan going alongside.  Easy peasy and far less stressful than trying to get everything into the oven.  :)
