Old building

Went to parkrun this morning and got there early so I could do a longer warm-up before trotting round the course. A brief pause at the end to talk to a couple of friends who were on scanning and then carried on up out of the park and into the woods. Various loops there (and a couple of awkward negotiations of fallen trees which have come down very recently) and back across the road to the park and another mile+, making 8.5 altogether. 
It was rather grey with a chilly breeze so being in the woods was a good move. I came down the park by a slightly different route and passed this old building.
In the afternoon I sowed a few seeds and got them in the propagator and did some craft work.
Mr Rat phoned with his Ghana number so I've had to message his friends with it. He seems to be fine, an dit's hot.
