Keeping A Lookout....

...Kevin was part of the Councils new diverse workforce, and was the new car park attendant at the local towns main car park, a job he was very proud off.

Since he had started barely a week ago, the number of parking tickets had shot up, and his bosses were very pleased. 

Although his work colleagues had a suspicion that this rise in parking tickets he had earned was more to do with him, and him frightening people away from the car park by swooping on them, and pecking at them, let along what came out of his nether-regions - they weren't even going to go there!!!  

This had led to them being late back to their vehicles, and hence the fines. Thankfully for all concerned he had earned himself a rise, literally, and had been promoted to the Sky to keep an eye on traffic, in the Flying Traffic Squad,
