Saturday Treat

Vinnie loves this walk, we call it The Georgetown walk. It’s been a while since we went, mostly because it can be a bit on the wet/muddy side but as it’s been dry for a while and I’ve been out a couple of times this week, I thought I would take them.
It seems they’ve upgraded the bridle path section somewhat. Fenced the horse field in much more substantially and cut back the vegetation. A very pleasant walk with them.
I did however encounter the usual weekend traffic - dog walkers, cyclists etc on my way back, and something I’d not come across before - a large group of hoverboardists. I suspect that’s not what they really call themselves, but you get the idea.
Some were on segways, some on single wheel ones, some looked like unicycles. Anyway, they made Vinnie bark, even once they were all out of sight :-)
Other than that, a day of catching up on chores really. Re-hung a couple of pictures in different places, several loads of washing and now going to make mac’n cheese bake for dinner.
