3D or not 3D?

And the answer is... not really.

This is a close up of Soft Machine designed by Jim Lambie, and made in rug form by two talented tufters. We saw it at the beautiful and inspiring Dovecot Gallery today. The whole artwork is in the extra, along with a view of the main workshop. The building has been converted from a 19th century public swimming baths.

We saw this after visiting the Bernat Klein exhibition at the museum, but I didn't actually see the exhibition at the Dovecot. Next time...
