Electric!

Had a good nights sleep last night which spurred me on to my fastest parkrun time of the year at 22:24.

It was a nice pleasant morning for a run and afterwards I popped into the gym for a quick weights session.

After a trip for groceries and a quick visit home to drop L and her friend B off at the shops (sleepover happening), I popped into see my mum. A week after the losing her wee dog, she’s feeling a bit better.

I’m picking up a Tesla model Y later for a test drive until tomorrow morning.
