Jake in Concentration

Today was my day to entertain Jake, but I think it worked in reverse, because he did the entertaining, and I was totally captivated!! Sitting up has opened a whole new world for him, and it is so much fun to watch him discover, explore, and figure things out!! He needed a change of clothes so I jumped at the opportunity for some mostly naked pictures. Now, we will always have the memory of those precious rolls, dimples, and smooth soft baby skin. Today I am thankful, of course, for these moments with Jake, and for the new car sitting in my garage! We usually buy used, but I ended up with a brand new Honda CRV! The last brand new car I had was in 1970 when I got my first teaching job right out of college!
