Say it with flowers

I feel a little mean, tagging this highly decorated bicycle for Silly Saturday. The owner has put a lot of effort into it, and is probably very proud. Maybe there's a whole art form in decorated bicycles, that I've never noticed until now. I couldn't resist taking a photo as I walked past.
