How We Live: 5 Nannyism

We live in a culture of the nannyism, where however bleedin' obvious or not we are told what we must or mustn't do by those with power

Somebody employed in an office somewhere, undoubtedly at the tax payers expense had the bright idea of painting double red lines on all four corners of this junction on the Hendon Way. This road otherwise known as the A41 is a major triple carriage trunk road taking traffic from the North into Central London.

Now I'm not quite sure what double red lines signify but I don't imagine anybody would ever have thought of parking here since the 1920s?
