Our day in Christchurch…..

We arrived on the overnight ferry at 6.15am having managed about 4 hours sleep in a recliner seat in Club Class. Had a lovely breakfast en route and drove through New Forest. Looked after our grandson who was off school as he’d been poorly for a couple of days but was great today. Our daughter in laws parents came round this morning and we had a lovely time with our grandson playing Quirkel! Great fun game. So nice to see them again. Collected our granddaughter from school and spent a special time with them till mummy and daddy came home from work. Our grandson doesn’t want photos on Facebook and we have no problem with this as they had the Police at school talking about social media etc. The world is changing for our children….so sad. Early night I think as we are tired but happy!!
