Robin

Every morning from my sofa that I have become very well aquainted with over the past couple of months, a Robin would come and perch - sometimes momentarily - on the hazel tree we have in our front garden.

Iv'e often reached for the camera only to be disappointed when it has decided to fly off and only think about returning the following day.

However today was different.

It briefly landed on this branch and then flew off. I decided to reach for my camera and as I was focusing on this branch, it landed again.

One shot was all I got. One shot was all I needed.
