Sunrise

Today has been quite busy - I started it off with a sunrise swim which was fantastic, then came home, had a bath to warm up, then off to the GP. My elder daughter came over at lunchtime for the afternoon which was lovely, she's 32 weeks pregnant now and absolutely blooming. Had a lovely time chatting and catching up. This evening I'm on my own as my husband is working, so a quiet dinner and early night I think
