Under Floor Heating?

These Daffodils are always early, they are on the opposite side of the lane where we know the water main runs. We believe this is what puts them so far in front of ours which are barely one inch high leaves within flower heads yet visible.
Still windy and slightly damp in the air, washing was out for hours but will have to go on the airer. 
Managed to prune another Buddleia (one of the largest) one large and ne small left to do plus the remaining apples in the orchard.
York ice trail tomorrow should be fun!
