Dangerous Cold

Wind chills tonight will go to -45F. We're having quite a cold snap. Had to crack open the dead dishwasher as the floor next to it is ice cold. Cannot risk any pipes freezing though in the 23 years I have lived here, that has not happened. The -45 is extreme but I remember winters of 2 weeks in a row of -25 wind chill so...

Meanwhile I am not going anywhere until this snap breaks! The cats think the whole thing is hilarious and are loving that I blocked them from the dishwasher being open. It created all new chair games.
