Of Pansies and Primroses

Mrs W had to make another blood donation today so I thought I would explore the ‘Springwells’ and the church yard for flowers.
 
The Springwells area was totally devoid of flowers, but looking into the church yard I could see a number of bright fresh bunches of flowers.  On closer inspection I could see they all had been freshly washed, so I looked for some real ones.
 
All that I could find were these sad looking pansies and primrose.
 
 
Our lawn looks nice and firm now, so I have picked up most of the new heap of twigs blown out of the willow tree and have let Herbie out to play.  Feet inspection tomorrow morning.
