Wrinkles

When I look at this picture all I can see are the wrinkles forming at the side of my mouth and around my eyes. You might call them laughter lines.

I don't usually see myself side on when I'm laughing but my pottery teacher took this shot whilst I was having my first shot on the wheel tonight. I've brought home my lovely lace vase and I'll blip it soon full of lovely yellow and pink roses but I wanted to mark the day I first tried the wheel.

I made two bowls which should have been the same but have turned out quite differently, still pleased with them though. Using the wheel is really hard but I look forward to having another go soon.
