Jazz Gig
45 mins continuous bewitching improvised jazz from this newly formed group of two percussionists (drums and cymbols), electronic strings (harp and many others) and wind (flute, clarinet, mouth organ etc). The guy on drums was particularly spellbinding.  

An audience of 30 was shoehorned into this small room in a small  historic house called Bishops House in Sheffield.

First up a 45 minute session from Nick Robinson, looping guitarist with lots of pedal and synth effects, who has worked with major Broadcasters and toured with the likes of Motorhead, Saxon etc in the past.

On leaving a woman audience member seemed to be struggling getting a lift home, so I pulled up and offered her a lift in my car. She was so so grateful and explained her husband had recently died. Her name was Geraldine and on noticing BBC Radio 3 had been on in my car she mentioned that she had been a guest on The verb last Friday.
