The Power Of Positive Thinking

I have photographed the great crested grebe weed dance on three occasions in the past. The first time was the 2nd February 2014. I went to Fishers Green this morning intent on getting a shot. I wasn't disappointed. This pair were courting well out in Seventy Acres Lake but I was standing only yards from where I got my shot in 2014. Fortunately the light was good.

I wasn't looking for the drake smew but it was in the same area and a bit closer than when I shot it the other day. (Extras)
