Harlow Carr Rainbow

Visited the RHS  Garden at Harlow Carr (Harrogate) this afternoon.  Very windy with some sun but not too chilly.  There was some rain in the air but not enough to worry about.  It did however provide a rather lovely rainbow.
Surprisingly Bettys Tea House was open (see extra)  - but not quite the weather for alfresco dining.
