The Rain King

Dear O'H, Lovely Tea Jenny & Eldest Mini Princess,

It was pouring this morning so (much to her annoyance) I MADE The Youngest Mini Princess take a jacket to school.

It was still pouring when she came home, soaked, not wearing the jacket. She was actually giggling as soon as she saw me looking at her in disbelief.

Me: “So…why aren’t you wearing your jacket?”

YMP: “Cos I had to go and get the bus and I didn’t have time.”

The Prince: “Where is your jacket?”

YMP: “In my bag.”

Course it was. Where else would it be on a p1ssing wet day?!
