Morning walk today.

I felt so ill this morning that I actually called the health center just to hear that they had a problem with the software and asked to call back tomorrow if it wasn't an emergency. Well it wasn't. I'm just starting to worry that I can't shake this off.

But I might be okay tomorrow and feel no need to call them again.
