The irony

Mrs Smith received her appointment for the pneumonia vaccine as we were settling Joe back in at home and working out his medication schedule to help him fight off double pneumonia. He’s still very poorly but his blood tests were starting to show improvements so we were allowed to bring him home. He has an appointment for another set of chest X-rays in six weeks time.

Somehow Mrs Smith now has to find the headspace and energy for a production call about one of her original ideas. She has two very big pitches lined up in London at the end of this month so there’s lots to do.
