Time is a circle!

One of my favourite places, just a fifteen minute drive from home, Nendrum  monastic site on Mahee Island in Strangford Lough, dating from the 5th century and established by St Machaoi, a disciple of St Patrick.  In this image the sundial is the main subject with the remains of a round tower in the background, protection again Viking raids.  Three other images uploaded if you want a wider look.  The weather was dry but very windy, but the light was soft which was good.
