Every sunny day should include an ice lolly such as this one. Although Dave and I had the same idea... only he beat me to it. How did he get such a dark background?!

Nearly the end of the week guys, woohoo!

And only 3 more sleeps until the big race. I've not mentioned it for a while, but training has been going well and we're 'ready'. Or as ready as we could be. Although if the forecast for Sunday is as hot as predicted, we might struggle. Still, its all in the name of a good cause. We're running to raise money for The Muir Maxwell Trust - a charity raising money, and awareness, for children with epilepsy and offering support to them and their families. But for now, its a few days of doing very little in preparation. This has to be the best part of our training so far!
