Baked Potato

A simple dinner tonight of baked potatoes and the dishes you see here. Tasty and easy. I took it easy today after the deadline of the last few days. Back to normal tomorrow, hopefully!  It took us back to the baked potatoes we used to get from the wee place in Bruntsfield way back in our Edinburgh days - Spud You Like?
