Expressive portraits weeks 2 and 3

Week 2 tonal sketch (top right) and then week 3 colour tonal sketches (top left, bottom right) and reference photo (bottom left).  The idea was a natural colour sketch and a wacky one, and they don't need to be drawn super accurately.  The idea is to be thinking in blocks!  It's taken me a while to get that!

Lots happening today, Patient and Carer Experience Partnership Group this morning and some great presentations from the trust.  Mr T was enjoying listening.  Then managed to join a life drawing class before a research meeting.  That was an interesting one!  It was always going to grow in scale and I mentioned many months ago that this needed to be done to keep the same  trusted approach.  A new person to the company joining to give a presentation that was delivered almost as fast as radio advert T&Cs wasn't great.  He then told us he'd used our group in a funding application (deadlines were tight) because he needed something but neither consulted or informed us it had happened until the meeting today.  He certainly got some feedback!  Which then torpedoed the last hour of the agenda!

Writing class this evening and just reviewed some documents for two research studies on sleep and dementia which Mr T and I will be joining tomorrow.
