A perfect breakfast with lashings of vanilla coffee ( the jury tastebuds still out on that one) to fortify us for a rocky costal walk out to Ballycotton to see the ghost ship. I remember seeing it on the news last year, it had been adrift for several years with some of the crew left abandoned on board , all highly dodgy business apparently . Ireland was hoping it wouldn’t end up on its shoreline as the cost to deal with it has been enormous and will be for a long time.
Home for a quick study zoom session and dinner at Oonagh’s …. Never ending weekend of feasting .
Basil stayed with Susan and David last night and loved it. Phew - no one’s ever offered before as he’s always such a pain !!
