Jane

My friend Jane has been very kind, looking after us for a couple of days with the help of her two springer spaniels. We have had a bit of culture and loads of lovely food!
Back home now and my thoughts turn towards the Country Market which is due to resume next Friday, after our AGM this week. I am going to struggle without my trusty food processor which is still at the menders awaiting a part. Not good as I usually make around 3lbs of pastry and all that cheese to grate. I am going to try to get ahead a bit and get some prep done and in the freezer.
And there’s my *secret* project to finish by next weekend too so I will be busy!
