Popped to the MetroCentre after supervision and happy to see this where Top Shop used to be. 

I needed to visit the opticians to understand why my new glasses are throwing up blue orbs everywhere!!!! Apparently it's normal due to the anti blue light reflection (reflecting the harmful light from LEDs  in particular) and it will settle down as I get used to it. 

Gosh I was so tired today! However, thinking back on January, I have done loads and a lot of it has been quite stressful & big, so no wonder! 

Today was also day 1 of Michael Mosely's diet for me, husband and eldest daughter. Here goes... hopefully it will give me some energy.
