Day 6 - Cooking School in Florence
We started today with a trip to a market in Florence where we were given two items written in Italian to find and purchase. Once this was done we headed to Ristorante I Tre Pini, we had a glass of sparkling wine and began preparing our lunch under the guidance of the staff. We made three traditional soups, pasta and biscotti. With the food prepared we set about eating and drinking a range of wines whilst being entertained by a singer and guitarist. It was a fantastic fun experience of Italian hospitality.
