Fox Run Park

Our friends Jean and Ian set off about 9.30 after breakfast, heading down to Nashville Tennessee. It was another lovely sunny day, so a little later in the morning, we drove down to Fox Run Park in Kenton County Kentucky. It is actually a disused golf course, converted into a park. It was a very hilly golf course, so the trail along the golf cart paths gives you quite a good work out. It has the advantage this time of year having tarmac paths, as trails in the woodland at this time are usually extremely muddy! We saw quite a bit of bird activity, though unfortunately not close enough to photograph, so I put together a collage of some of the scenes from our walk.
