Play Time

After a couple of routine doctor appointments for MrsP this morning we headed to the Bookstore to browse and pick up another David Baldacci for me. Then over a cold drink we decided to start our own bookclub, selecting “The Hen Who Dreamed She Could Fly” by Sun-Mi Hwang. We’ll read a set amount of pages per week then discuss what we’ve read. We typically don’t read the same book at the same time so it should be fun • Next, we stopped by the river and from a distance thought for sure a Northern Pintail duck was swimming along the icy shore with a few gulls. They’re not rare but they are uncommon to see here. Off we sped home for the camera. Unfortunately the duck was not to be seen when we returned 15 minutes later. There’s always tomorrow! • Disappointed, I took a photo of the trees in our side yard newly covered with last night’s fluffy snowfall. It lacked excitement of the pintail so I used the Tiny Planets Ap to kick it up a notch :) • Peace & Love
