Tuesday evening

I went for a swim at lunch time, after my meeting that was as difficult as I had feared. I have nearly got my 1km time down to under 31 mins but there was added confusion and delay with an even slower than me breaststroker so I think not a fully accurate time today.

And lovely Italian class this evening. Am now fair plum tuckered.
