9 years!

9 years living here - what a rollercoaster, this past year especially...but we're grateful to call this place home. We celebrated with a little picnic and a balloon. The kids went into school today, they both wanted too. I'm not sure they should have seeing how worn out they were afterwards and how much Nate's gone downhill this evening....downhill enough that I've got the sick bowl close to hand again, just in case... Tomorrow is Danny's birthday, so I'm really hoping he's well for that.
I had coffee with Sole first thing this morning - seemed a very good way to start year 10 here!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The kids being happy to go to school.
2) Blue sky and fresh air (chilly though!).
3) The life we have here, and the memories we hold from the past 9 years.
