All gone!

The kale, or maybe it was turnips, in the field has been completely devoured by this small bunch of outwintering cattle.  Now they have the hay to eat and lie in, luckily the ground is not very wet at the moment.

Extra photographs : the sheep have now escaped into the field next door and are speedily eating up the crop before they are discovered and turfed out.

The last photograph is of wilting tulips which I think have a beauty all of their own.  I blipped these several days ago when they were looking in their prime.
