Cheerful

We recced half the walk I will be leading on Friday and made it into a circular walk. The coastal path was surprisingly dry which was encouraging. It was almost spring like in the sunshine. We walked 8.5 miles altogether and spotted these narcissus in the grounds of the holiday park which was earily quiet today.
My husband has a problem with his shoulder which he has identified as being bicep tendonitis. He tried ringing the surgery this morning to see if he could get an appointment possibly for a cortisone injection. He didn’t even get to speak to someone. It sounds as though one or two doctors are ill themselves. So he looked up Mr Google and is taking ibuprofen and has ordered himself a shoulder cuff. We know when the injury happened, lifting heavy hand luggage six weeks ago into the rack above the seat on the aircraft but although we were sitting in the front row, someone had put her luggage above our seats so ours was further back and had to be removed at an angle. It’s better than it was but is still causing discomfort.
