Too much of a good thing?
From mandarin season into clementine season, I eat 2 or 3 a day in December through January. Local produce insofar that it is shipped in country. We are nearing season’s end so they are firming up a bit but are still sweet.
As a child in eastern Canada, these were Christmas sweets for us. I remember them as being from Morocco and oh so sweet coming from the bottom of the Christmas stocking. Is it any wonder that now in a place of abundance, I eat so many?
