Riding Day 1

First day's riding done, first dressage lesson with Zigzag, walk and trot lateral work was good, canter much more challenging more control of seat and shoulders to keep the balance and stop him changing behind. Got much better and had a neat right to left change at the end.

Then this afternoon a trail ride with Alter over more challenging terrain than I think I can ever remember riding on before! Thankfully he was a superstar and really looked after me and we had some great canters too.

Food is amazing too. Hoping I don't ache too much to enjoy doing it all again tomorrow!
