Singing in the rain

Well, it’s not actually raining but there was some singing. Just a wander around the block after work for me and Kara to get some fresh air.

She wanted to test out the umbrella she got for Christmas but we aren’t daft enough to let her go out for a walk just because it’s raining. Not just yet anyway!

She had fun. Her spatial awareness of holding an umbrella reminds me of folk back in Perth who don’t need to use one for 99% of the year and forget to lift / move their brolly when walking past you. Nearly got a few to the face in my time over there. At least Kara has an excuse, she’s 2 and has never held one before!
