Day one of the new boiler being fitted. A great team of young men working in harmony. The ripping out is completed and new pipe work installed. Hopefully all will be up and running tomorrow. Camping out this evening without central heating or hot water. Thank goodness it was a dry day and not too cold.

Richard had a scan at the hospital to screen for cancer following the removal of a cancerous polyp. Good to know that the flow up is thorough.

As I was in charge I couldn’t stray very far. Grabbed this photo after Richard got back. Good to see a bit of colour coming through in the Quaker Meeting House gardens.
