Topsy turvy

A busy day, nothing to report though. Time to knuckle down and get this done! I may even do work later on tonight, that's how important this is to me. Lol!

Weather was a bit topsy turvy today, one minute dark skies and hammering down with rain, and the next it was bright sunshine. Of course trust my luck to get caught in the downpours. Lol!

I finished my treatment with the osteopath today; I now need to get a run in over the next few days to see how I go. Keep your fingers and toes crossed people!

In other news Woody the Woodpecker has returned to my garden! Hurrah! I've not seen him in weeks and was worried he'd gone, but just now I caught him on the bird table. It was great to see the colour that he brings to the table; it was like an old friend returning.
