Immovable object 2

I was at a union meeting (PCS) today so missed a Bradford blip meet :-( but hopefully will catch next one :-)

I belong to a union as I believe employers (for the most part) will seek to exploit their workforce (especially during austerity) given that most employers motivation is profit. Look at Amazon, avoiding tax but also avoiding paying their staff a decent living wage.

Not many people realise that most of the workplace benefits we have were fought for and won by unions (5 day week, sick & maternity pay, minimum wage etc).

Anyway rant over, blip today is of the mysterious immovable object which appeared in the Bradford mirror pool.

It's part of the Bradford Urban Festival on right now until Saturday evening, pop along if you can looks like it will be fun :-)
