Tomatoes

Back to oncology this morning and it turns out that my ear nose and throat problems aren't due to a seasonal infection, but our old friend 'chemo side effects'. 

Obviously I'm delighted that my three weeks of misery was due to the cancer cure, especially as the lump has pretty much disappeared.

So I have negotiated another week of rest followed by a reduction in dose when I next go along.

One thing that's been keeping me moderately sane over the past few weeks is a bit of painting I have been doing ahead of an exhibition in the spring. The tomatoes were my subjects yesterday.
