Takeaway treat

Jack and Katharine hosted a takeaway treat supper for us all at Jack's house tonight, as blipped.

Most of the rest of the day, the three of us sat around the kitchen table. Mr hazelh coded, Mummy hazelh read, and I worked on my slides for a workshop that I am running on campus on Tuesday afternoon.

Various messages sped back and forth between family members over a range of media over the course of the day. Mr hazelh's regular Sunday family Facetime meeting included a wonderful surprise for my mother-in-law: the four siblings have booked a beautiful house in Somerset that will accommodate us all for the May Day bank holiday weekend.

Exercise today: 5k run.
